Abstract

PT. Trasindra Perkasa is an EMKL service provider company or a company engaged in the expedition of sea cargo. This company is in charge of making export and import documents starting from processing customer clearance documents, shipping or delivering goods to the hands of the customer or importer. The company PT Trasindra Perkasa currently does not have a system that can help expand and multiply customers, does not have a system so that customers can place orders online or via the website along with payment and also up to the stage of making documents - clearance documents currently the business processes that are running at PT Transindra Perkasa are almost entirely still done manually. The research method used is the ISO / IEC / IEEE 29148: 2018 Systems and software engineering standard - Life cycle processes - Requirements engineering as a reference in preparing the requirements analysis document and designing the Information System for the Sea Shipload Expedition Company at PT Transindra Perkasa. The results of this research will be in the form of a "Software Requirement Specification Document for the Information System for Sea Shipload Expedition Clearance Documents at PT Transindra Perkasa" which is ISO / IEC / IEEE 29148: 2018 Standard.
