Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality and efficiency of elementary school principal performance appraisal by developing an innovative, integrated web-based system using the waterfall development methodology. Designed to automate various appraisal processes and provide accessibility anytime and anywhere, this system contributes to the development of educational information systems in Indonesia. Additionally, this research aims to assist assessors in carrying out their tasks, enabling them to produce more accurate and objective assessment data for informed decision-making in the professional development of school principals.
