Abstract

Document management is an important thing in the operation of educational institutions, including tutoring. This study identifies the implementation of a Zoho CRM-based Document Management System (DMS) in a tutoring institution. The implementation of DMS aims to improve the efficiency of document management, reduce errors and data duplication, and accelerate access to information for staff and students. The research process carried out includes identifying needs, selecting appropriate software, creating data flow charts, and evaluating the application features used. The results show that the use of Zoho CRM as a DMS is able to integrate various document management functions, improve internal communication, and have a positive impact on the student learning experience.
