JURNAL KONSUMEN & KONSUMSI : JURNAL MANAJEMEN aims to provide a forum for National and Internal of Musi Charitas Catholic University researchers on Consumer Behavior in making purchasing decisions.
JURNAL KONSUMEN & KONSUMSI : JURNAL MANAJEMEN is intended as a journal for publishing articles that report the results of research on Consumer Behavior in making purchasing decisions. JURNAL KONSUMEN & KONSUMSI : JURNAL MANAJEMEN contains articles on the results of empirical research in the field of management with a focus on studying the role of consumers in a variety of consumption activities, which are explained in the context of:
(1) Consumer-product interactivity through internal and external mediating factors in the overall consumptive behavior (Consumers Behavior) ;
(2) Digital marketing trends that demand fluency in the use of technology-based media (Technology Acceptance Model);
(3) Customer-oriented relationship marketing in the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts (Marketing Efforts) and strategic-competitive resource management; and
(4) Rationality and consumer decision making in today's dynamic environment (Consumer Decision Making).
